Chef's 'Eat Right Now' Food Essays

Picture

One body; one mind; one planet. That's what each of us gets to last a life time. Chef Fowler is a dietary literacy re-educator who teaches Earthlings how to overcome dead food and refresh their unholy eating behavors. His Eat Right Now column brims with shocking food news you can use 'Hot off the Griddle' layman food  science, and the care of the Holy Temple. The columns explode off the page with solid, factual advice, humor, food history, and a bit of justified cynicism towards Big Food and their skullduggery. Your first freedom is your health.

To  the Editor of the South Side Times News:
Thank you for the  nutrition  education Chef Wendell Fowler gives to your readers. Do you want to  know the truth? I read your newspaper every week now simply because I want to  read the next "Chef Wendell" column. He is so informative about his nutritional  advice and expertise. I appreciate the knowledge he sends forth in his weekly columns.  Presently, I am endeavoring to further educate myself in the field of  nutrition. I have been an LPN for 17 years in long-term care nursing homes in both Indiana and Maryland  and have seen the devestation of health via improper nutrition. In America it seems nutrition is unimportant. In fact, proper nourishment can eliminate disease and restore health to the chronically ill. I know people in this country need more education on "how to eat healthily."
Chef Wendell is doing a valuable  service for the public when he writes about "healthful nutrition." He's  saving lives in our community. GOOD WORK! He has inspired me to become more  knowledgable about food. I thank you for this column's availability in your  paper. God bless you.
  Sincerely, (Name available upon request)
